I had a great experience at Pousada Irmaos Freyhardt. The Quadruple Room was clean and well-decorated. I enjoyed the beautiful indoor sitting area and the comfortable bed that helped me unwind. Breakfast included a nice variety of items like freshly made scrambled eggs, and I appreciated the inviting garden furniture outside. The staff was incredibly welcoming. they remembered my preferences and offered assistance happily. However, the shower water temperature was tricky to manage. I almost got scalded because the hot and cold controls were extremely sensitive. Also, I noticed some noise from the breakfast area early in the morning, which disturbed my relaxation. Still, the views from my room were stunning, overlooking both the favela and the bay. These beautiful sights made the small inconveniences easier to overlook.

i had an amazing stay with a picturesque view of the bay from my room and the hotel is just a short walk away from marcello de ipanema park, making it perfect for leisurely strolls in the city.

The Deluxe Family Suite was quite spacious and clean. We appreciated the comfortable beds and the fresh vibe of the room. The views from the windows were a nice bonus! The bathroom could've used a bit of an update, but it worked fine for us. Just a heads up, the breakfast area is pretty small, so getting a spot can be tricky during busy times.
